Lawyer Environmental law

LAWTREE Advocaten is a fast-growing and ambitious law firm with offices in Antwerp, Turnhout and Hasselt. Our team comprises 37 lawyers, each with their own specialism and expertise, supported by a large back-office team.

For our Environmental law department, we are looking for a lawyer for our Antwerp, Turnhout or Hasselt office.

Profile

You hold a Master’s degree in Law.

Within our department, the focus is mainly on environmental law in all its aspects (from the supervision of permit applications to assistance in enforcement procedures, and this with respect to urban development, the environment and retail). We do not shy away from broader administrative law either, such as procedures relating to the award of public contracts or expropriation files.

You formulate opinions in understandable language and act in administrative and legal proceedings for our clients. You play an active role in negotiations or during preliminary consultations.

With an enthusiastic, open, direct and team-oriented profile, you are in the right place. It appeals to you to be allowed to work within a dynamic and quality office with an open corporate culture. In addition, you are flexible and have a fluent writing skill in Dutch. Together we will strive for the most efficient solution for the client.
