COMMERCIAL LAW AND DEBT COLLECTION

Commercial law

Commercial relationships stand or fall with clear agreements and proper follow-up. We advise companies in drafting, reviewing and enforcing all kinds of contracts, ranging from general terms and conditions, distribution, commercial agency, franchise to international purchase-sale and production agreements.

Clients’ digital activities also entail specific legal obligations. Lawtree assists its clients in areas such as consumer law, right of withdrawal and warranty, legal information obligations for websites and web shops, as well as in drafting and reviewing digital contracts.

Debt collection

From contract to collection: we look after your commercial interests even when payment is not forthcoming. When customers do not fulfill their payment obligations, we offer comprehensive support during all phases of the collection process.

This includes sending reminders, conducting negotiations and making payment arrangements. If necessary, we draft and issue subpoenas and conduct proceedings with a view to obtaining an enforceable title. In addition, we cooperate with bailiffs for the seizure of both movable and immovable property.

Our collection department makes every effort to collect your money as quickly, efficiently and cost-neutral as possible, acting as a one-stop shop.

Our approach focuses on efficiency and economic feasibility, with the goal of ensuring your cash flow and strengthening your legal position.
