Lawyer / attorney in social law

LAWTREE Lawyers is a fast growing and ambitious law firm with offices in Antwerp, Turnhout and Hasselt. Our team consists of 45 lawyers and associates, each with their own specialty and expertise.

Profile

For our offices in Turnhout, Antwerp and/or Hasselt we are looking for a Master in Law with a specific interest in social law and at least several years of relevant experience. Our new colleague has excellent drafting skills in Dutch and English. Striving for the most efficient solution for the customer is your highest priority.

Some of the activities

You will formulate social law opinions in understandable language, draft, revise and analyze employment contracts and regulations, policies, due diligence reports, etc.

You will assist our clients in court proceedings and take an active role in conducting negotiations.
